We are currently using Australia Post for all our deliveries. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of being received unless there are unforeseen circumstances.

Upon check out you have the option to choose between Standard Shipping or Express Post (Parcel Post Satchels). Standard Shipping please allow up to 10 days & Express Post 7 days. Unfortunately delivery times is out of my hands once its been posted.

Postage is now a FLAT RATE

Standard Shipping is a flat $10.00

Express Post is a flat $15.00

Please note you may receive your order in a bag, padded bag or a box depending on what you order, I take a lot of time packaging orders to ensure they arrive safely.

We don’t include a handling and packaging fee. All our packing materials are recycled including the bubble wrap, packaging and boxes.

It’s our priority to ensure we get your orders to you in a safe and efficient manner as possible!

Store pick up times are between 8am & 5pm Mon – Sun

Free Delivery for Eaton/ Australind Only

Upon check out enter the promotion code OILS to receive FREE delivery for your order. Valid for Eaton, Millbridge, Clifton Park, Australind, Treendale & Kingston Residents only.

Once your order has been received please allow 2 working days for delivery. You will receive a phone call or text message to arrange a suitable time for delivery. We do request that someone is home when we deliver the order unless written consent via email has been provided to leave the items out the front or in a requested location.

Please note once delivered we are no longer responsible for your items.

Visiting the Store

Customers are more then welcome to visit the store in person in fact we welcome it……

If you would rather see what your buying, experience some of the oils in person & shop in air condition comfort, all we ask is you contact us to arrange a time first. You can book in a time through our facebook bookings page or contact me.

We will do our best to work in with a time that suits you!

Refunds & Returns

We really hope that you are completely happy with your order……

​But, if you have ordered or received the wrong product, you may be able to return this for a replacement or a refund.

Please note that items must be unopened, unused and returned in the original condition & packing in which they were received.

Please contact us within 2 days to notify us if you have mistakenly ordered the wrong items. Any postage costs for return or replacement of mistakenly ordered items will be at your own expense.

​If there is any faulty/defect/damage in the products you have purchased, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange a refund or replacement. Please retain your products as we may ask you to return them to us. We may also request a photo or video to assist with identifying the problem. For faulty/defect/damage returns or replacements postage will be at our expense.

​We do not provide refunds or replacements for parcels that are lost/damaged in transport. We do however endeavour to pack your orders securely before posting them. Unfortunately, damage, delays and loss of parcels are a possibility during transit. In these events, we cannot be held responsible once orders are handed over to Australia Post. We we will do our best to assist you in liaising with them to try and resolve the issue.

​The shipping services we use are Australia Post Parcel Post, Australia Post Express Post and Australia Post Pack and Track. When you place a order with us, you are accepting that its subject to the terms and conditions set by these shipping services with regards to insurance and compensation for delays, damage or loss of shipments. Please refer to their websites for more information.

​If you provide incorrect/incomplete shipping address in your order, you will be responsible for any delays, re-delivery charges or losses resulting from the misinformation provided.
